Firecracker Fern…Russell equisetiformis, R. junco… The Firecracker Fern is also known as the Coral Fountain Plant as it looks like a fountain of green, fine textured stems covered in colorful tubular flowers…grows 2 ft tall and 4 ft wide.  Can be planted in full sun.  Will also grow in the shade but will not bloom. Dies to the ground in winter but returns in spring.
